Fast & Reliable Shipping

We work hard to get your sauna delivered quickly and safely. Orders are processed Monday through Friday with a daily cutoff time of 12 p.m. PST. Orders placed after the cutoff time or on weekends are processed the next business day.

Once processed, your order will ship from our warehouse or directly from the manufacturer.

When will my item arrive?

After your order ships, delivery typically occurs within 5–7 business days, with a handling time of 1–3 business days.

Because most of our products are large and heavy, they ship via freight carrier to ensure safe transport.

• Most freight products ship on a pallet
  
• The freight carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment
  
• You must provide a valid phone number at checkout
  
• You must be present at delivery to inspect and accept the shipment
  

Delivery times may vary depending on location, carrier availability, and manufacturer lead times. Remote or rural areas may require additional transit time.

For freight deliveries (Scheduled Appointment Required)

Freight carriers will call you to schedule a delivery window. Delivery is typically made via semi-truck and is curbside.

• You must be present to inspect the shipment
  
• You must note any visible damage before signing
  
• If damage is present, refuse delivery or clearly note the damage with the carrier
  

Sauna Sector cannot be held responsible for damages reported after delivery has been accepted.

Lift gate service may be required for certain items and may incur an additional charge depending on the product.

Shipping Charges

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on product size, freight class, weight, and destination.

• A $20 shipping charge applies to orders under $1,000*
  
• Certain brands and specific models may require additional shipping charges (clearly displayed at checkout)
  
• Some products or promotions may qualify for free shipping
  

For remote or limited-access locations, additional shipping fees or extended delivery times may apply. If applicable, you will be notified before order processing.

Important Delivery Information

Please inspect your shipment carefully before signing for it.

If you notice visible damage:

• Refuse the shipment or
  
• Note the damage clearly on the delivery receipt
  

Failure to report damage at the time of delivery may limit the ability to file a claim.
