Once shipped, most orders arrive within 5–7 business days. Delivery times may vary based on location and freight carrier schedules. Tracking information is provided once your shipment leaves our facility.


Order Modifications & Cancellations

Modifications

To update your order (shipping address, product changes, etc.), contact us immediately at support@saunasector.com. We will do our best to accommodate changes, but modifications are not guaranteed once processing begins.

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, contact us right away. Orders that have already been processed or shipped may not be eligible for cancellation. Our return policy will apply in such cases.

Shipping

Which States do you currently ship to?

We currently ship to the 48 continental United States along with DC. If you wish to inquire about international orders, please feel free to contact support@ajmrestaurantequipment.com

How long will it take to receive my order?

Standard shipping normally takes 3-5 days. Next day shipping is available on all domestic orders (for an additional charge). International shipping times depend on the products and destination (estimated at checkout).

Returns and Refunds

How do I return a product?

Items must be returned within 30 days after receiving your order. Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, be unworn/unused, have any tags still attached, and include all the original packaging.

How long will it take to receive my refund?

Refunds are processed within 7 days from when we receive the item(s).
